Organization of TEDx conferences. Management of a team of 5 people, in charge of finding, contacting and organizing speaker's journey: from coaching to the talk. Last year's conference was composed of 10 speakers from 4 different countries, with various themes (Neuromarketing, Economical paradigm shift, Procastination, The Learning Planet, Collaborative Management, Neuroatypicalism, Gender Spectrum, Humanitarian Commitment, The Power of Simplicity, The Impact of Positive Thinking) TED (Technology, Entertainment and Design) is a nonpartisan nonprofit devoted to spreading ideas, usually in the form of short, powerful talks. The mission of TED talks is to share "ideas worth spreading". TEDx is the local development of TED conferences. Beyond the local impact, TEDx talks with more than one billion views, have contributed to the intellectual and personal enrichment of many individuals from all walks of life. The TEDxIÉSEGLille team is organising its fifth conference. The first four having been a real success, it is with great motivation that our team is working on the preparation of the next edition.
