Built TypeScript frontend services.   Contributed to several production-oriented GenAI applications in a demanding banking context.   Key projects: * BFB GPT: internal ChatGPT-like application for BforBank employees, including conversational chat, business tools such as BigQuery and Jira, RAG, and AI agents. * Augmented Claims Processing: agentic application assisting advisors in analyzing customer complaints and drafting contextualized responses by retrieving and analyzing internal data from multiple data sources. * Customer Request Assistance: chatbot integrated into the BforBank application, enabling users to query the company knowledge base and be redirected to advisors when needed.

  Spearheaded the AI technical roadmap and contributed to governance & standardization frameworks to ensure scalability, security, and ethical compliance across the Group.   Designed and implemented reusable MLOps & LLMOps templates adopted across AXA entities, streamlining model training, deployment and lifecycle management.   Contributed to cross-entity task forces to define and implement best practices for RAG & Agent industrialization, MCP performance & security, and LLM evaluation & governance.   Oversaw and supported AXA entities in designing and building RAG & Agent Use Cases   Delivered advanced training programs in Machine Learning & Generative AI to AXA teams, enhancing technical capabilities and adoption of AI solutions.   Cultivated the technical growth of the AI community: mentored engineers, promoted best practices, and fostered cross-team collaboration.   Collaborated cross-functionally with AXAs lead engineer community to surface AI needs, share achievements, and influence key strategic technology decisions.   Maintained a holistic view of AI initiatives across entities, identifying synergies, gaps, and opportunities.
