Part of the Operational support team, I am assigned to several financial positions - M&A consultant - FP&A Manager - Chief Accountant - Organization consultant I work within multiple areas mainly around retail and pharmacy. I also developed a service line of Data Analytics & Business Intelligence, for both our clients and internal needs.

I was hired for a newly created position in order to reorganize finance and administration of the APAC business unit. With an assistant, I have reviewed and set up several key components in the company: - Monthly financial reporting - Reintegrated all the accounting, which was previously outsourced - Cash and debt recovery: I have set up new Excel tools to follow up daily cash positions, outstanding client and supplier invoices

I provided accounting, business administration and financial support mainly to Media companies: - Financial reports in “fast close” (D+5), financial forecasts and financial landings - Managed an accounting team of 8 people - Tax Compliance - IT: Involved in a P2P software deployment. I have been in charge of developing, maintaining and improving the system to increase the quality of the service.
