My mission: Lead operational transformation and secure Knowledge Management for 50+ critical applications using Generative AI. I operate in the context of a major reorganization (offshoring and knowledge transfer), transforming a large volume of documentation into a strategic, sustainable, and scalable asset. AI & Document Acceleration: Deployment of Microsoft Copilot to automate document revamping. Design of tailored prompts to co-build a reliable knowledge base, drastically reducing writing time while improving quality. Knowledge Management & Compliance: Structuring knowledge in line with ISO 9001 and 27001 standards. Creation of secure templates to ensure the durability of technical and functional information across sensitive domains (Finance, HR, IT). Functional Leadership & Governance: Lead reference for the Jira ecosystem (Structures), SharePoint, and Dynatrace. Implementation of an agile and scalable project tracking system to synchronize cross-functional actions between internal and offshore teams. Change Management (KM): Creation of an AI-augmented Knowledge Base and training kits. Facilitation of awareness workshops to ensure adoption of best practices across multidisciplinary teams. Impact: Critical securing of knowledge transfer to offshore teams. Industrialization of knowledge: transforming a documentation burden into a compliant, self-learning system ready for the challenges of tomorrow’s energy sector.

Within the IT Department of EDF’s Commercial Division, I contributed to structuring cross-functional project governance in a context of organizational and agile transformation. In close collaboration with portfolio managers, I helped design and implement a cross-functional capacity reporting framework, providing a consolidated view of workload, priorities, and team capacity. This approach enabled smoother project team coordination, improved prioritization and arbitration, and strengthened decision-making at the portfolio level. I also led, in coordination with the transversal IT team, the evolution of the Jira project management tool, working at the interface with: Business departments Technical teams Tooling experts The objective was to align the tool, practices, and usage with the strategic priorities of the IT department. In this context, I supported several hundred users in adopting and optimizing Jira for project management, contributing to the teams’ increasing agile maturity. In parallel, I facilitated numerous cross-functional workshops on business and organizational topics, promoting: The sharing of best practices Recognition of team contributions Cross-department collaboration This experience is part of a structured agile transformation journey, further reinforced by obtaining the SAFe certification.

My mission: Secure compliance processes while optimizing the operational experience. As a delegated Product Owner on compliance projects (Know Your Customer), I bridged strict regulatory requirements with the operational efficiency needs of business teams. Compliance Management: Coordination of strategic projects to ensure KYC processes are aligned with the Group’s security standards. Delegated Product Owner Role: Direct interface between Compliance departments and IT teams, translating regulatory requirements into concrete and actionable features. Process Optimization: Improving the fluidity of customer data collection and analysis workflows to reduce operational friction points. Impact: Secure compliance achieved without compromising team performance, through clear translation of technical challenges into business-relevant insights for decision-makers.

My mission: Transform operational data into drivers of decision-making and performance. At GRDF, my role was to structure activity monitoring to provide clear visibility into project and service performance. Performance Management (KPIs): Design and tracking of key indicators and strategic reporting to measure operational efficiency. Knowledge Management: Structuring and capitalizing on knowledge to streamline information sharing and ensure the sustainability of internal expertise. Decision Support: Gap analysis and recommendations to business stakeholders to optimize existing processes. Impact: Improved visibility of overall performance and a more learning-oriented organization, driven by rigorous data and knowledge management.

My mission: Lead the acquisition of strategic talent to support the growth of IT partners. Far beyond traditional recruitment, I approached this role as an HR project portfolio, bridging companies’ technological needs (PMO, C#, PHP development) with top market experts. Strategic Account Management: Analysis of business and technical needs to define sourcing strategies aligned with clients’ scalability challenges. International Development: Coordination and deployment of recruitment strategies across complex geographies (Portugal, Japan, Canada), requiring strong cross-cultural adaptability. Analysis & Reporting: Implementation of KPIs and activity reporting to provide partners with clear visibility on the progress of their recruitment projects. Community Management: Development and animation of a digital ecosystem to strengthen employer branding and attract scarce talent in a highly competitive market.
