Intro

With hands-on experience in high-volume outbound sales, I specialise in cold prospecting, objection handling, and closing in fast-paced, commission-based environments. As an Outbound Sales Representative, I managed the full sales cycle from first approach through to sign-up. My psychology background (BSc, Psychology with Criminology) shapes how I read objections and build trust fast, while my MA in Web Design gives me the technical fluency to speak credibly to product-led buyers. I build my own approach, test it, and adapt quickly based on results, staying consistent even in a high-rejection environment.
