As the first Designer at triPica, I work closely with the Product team, Engineers, the Marketing team and the Founders. triPica offers a Business Support System to international Telecom and Energy Operators. - Understand triPica's and the operators business goals and objectives. - Participate to the whole Design iterative cycles, from Discovery to Delivery. - Define the problems, ideate and prototype elegant, cost effective solutions that bring value. - Continually improve the end Users Experience on our digital products. - Promote Design, User Research and build bridges with other experts. - Improve processes and deliver better Design hand off to developpers. - Recrute, train and collaborate with one junior Product Designer. - Collaborate on the branding and customization of an APP for the launch of the new operator Source Mobile (a Bouygues Telecom initiative in collaboration with BAM) - Work on the rebranding of triPica. Create and maintain a Design System and work with developpers on improvements and adoption.

Storyfox is an early stage Startup that makes video creation easy and cost effective for HR departments. I worked closely with the CEO and CTO in a pivoting phase. - Understand the vision, the users and the technical constraints. - Benchmarks and qualitative User Research. - Improve existing workflows, prototype and lead user test. - Follow implementation and QA. - Contribute to the building of the brand and redefine styleguides.

I have advised small businesses on cost effective solutions for their first steps online. I have design, built and launched responsive websites on CMS and ecommerce plateforms for a variety of clients and sectors: real-estate, publishing, DIY supply merchants. I have also contributed to marketing campaigns on Instagram, Facebook and Mailchimp.
