AI Utilisation for Business Efficiency ( POC ): Implemented AI-driven insights to optimize user experience, identify customer needs, and improve operational efficiency. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Managed a team of 8 members ( Back, Front, QA, UX, ITOPS), championing DDD and code quality best practices.
