“Prométée” project — Full overhaul of the information system for the management and production of energy savings certificates (CEE), aimed at modernizing, rationalizing and ensuring compliance regarding data, security and scalability. Key responsibilities / Mission: - Performed a comprehensive assessment of the current state (application inventory, business processes, data flows). - Designed the target architecture with a cloud-first, microservices and API-first approach. - Introduced strategic technical building blocks: middleware (API Management, EDA, cache), centralized IAM with SSO, BPM, BI, OPS and automation. - Integrated an Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) to support business processes. - Defined data governance measures: MDM strategy, traceability and security (encryption, key rotation). - Led the migration strategy and transition to an AWS cloud platform within a secure and scalable framework. - Collaborated closely with business and technical teams to ensure strategic alignment. Takeover of the “LOSS PREVENTION” fraud prevention project & BOKS decommissioning. Mission / Key responsibilities : - Conducted a comprehensive inventory and assessment of the existing landscape. - Prepared materials and deliverables to support the Move-to-Cloud initiative. - Facilitated architecture workshops and produced solution architecture artifacts: functional, technical, API, data and cloud designs. - Defined technical scoping, produced technical documentation, estimated effort and costs for new features, and established the roadmap and technical baseline. - Implemented the Move-to-Cloud strategy to migrate legacy systems to the new cloud foundation. - Designed and implemented the network topology for the new Landing Zone. - Built the cloud foundation of a Landing Zone on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Defined and enforced infrastructure and data security policies; coordinated vulnerability testing and pentests. - Established a hybrid connectivity mesh (On-Prem OVH & ARI Data Center ↔ GCP). - Contributed to infrastructure delivery, data and application development, and DevOps / SecOps tasks. - Set up monitoring and alerting (Google Cloud Logging sinks, native dashboards, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Grafana, Datadog) and quota monitoring. - Implemented backup & restore strategies and high-availability / performance architectures. - Managed Level-3 incidents and introduced continuous improvement practices (blameless post-mortems); implemented chaos engineering tests to validate resilience and disaster recovery plans. - Provided operational support to teams and produced all required documentation.

As an expert, I’m working on several projects and missions for Micropole’s clients, obviously: design, modeling, architecture, management, animating meetings & conferences, development and devOps. -> Christan Dior : opted to realize an informational platform to share events with their different sub markets, departments, stores, … -> TF1 Group : My mission in TF1 Group as a Full Stack Engineer Technical Lead is to help, support and insure migration from PHP and Zend Framework to Full NodeJS technology for TF1 marmiton.org web site team. -> Business Immo : Business Immo is a portal dedicated for professional real estate in Europe. My mission in this project was to ensure migration from deprecated versions of PHP and Symfony to the current LTS versions. -> LVMH – Moet Hennessy : Grapp Hennessy is a mediatic portal dedicated for winegrowers, wine producers and wine professionals operators, which are partners of Moet Hennessy. This portal provides articles, media, podcasts, and also dedicated space to manage relationships with the Moet Hennessy Sales department. My role was to Lead the project from scratch to the deployment. -> Audi Volkswagen France : My Audi / MyVolkswagen is a portal composed of digital showcases for Audi and Volkswagen cars, then intranet and extranet for customer relationship management. My role in this mission was to support developers and Lead Developer to solve relevant functional problems on the project. Moreover, I made studies, modeling and implementing solutions related to optimize execution of emailing and appointments. -> EDF-Assurances : I was brought in to contribute to the realization of the Technical Document of Architecture for project Liability Insurance for EDF-Assurances. I helped to model architectures, functional requirements, and animate workshops with concerned collaborators in EDF-Assurances.

As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, my mission was to help Consult IT clients on their projects. I was able to design, model, provide and develop solutions in various technologies, either at the client’s office or remote. -> Air France KLM Group – Hop Air : I was attached to the Information System department inside Hop Air, I worked with collaborators in two principal projects that are related to the Flights and Cabines Safety department, Hop Apps Access Security and Hop Care, however, Hop Care is a system to manage and auto-report incidents related to flights and cabines. My mission was to study, design, model and contribute to the developments of Hop solutions. I worked with a large team composed of operational, developers, managers and pilots. -> GRDF : In GRDF I handled design, modeling and development tasks for “Prev2s” project with my team that’s composed of 3 other developers, Product Owner, Proxy Manager, and Product Manager. Prev2sis health prevention and risk management system for GRDF employees. We worked in an agile context, to make features and fixes for the running “Prev2s”. -> ENEDIS – CEN : The FSI project (Reliability, Securing of Indicators) is a system for automation of frequent performance key indicators. My mission was to design and develop as part of a team composed of 12 members (developers and managers).

Mission / Key responsibilities: Redesigned the information system for each broker and proposed a new solution that was adopted by all three clients. Performed a detailed analysis of the existing systems and the functional context. Designed and implemented a web-based management and monitoring tool for commercial activities. Developed web tools for accounting reconciliation of contract remittance slips between France Santé and its suppliers. Built and deployed a CRM platform to manage client relationships. Managed upgrades and version updates. Performed corrective and evolutionary maintenance. Authored user tutorials and user guides. Delivered training and provided ongoing support to staff.
