– Managed the 'Villas 6000 unités' project, featuring prefabricated modules (240 m2 Duplex), with a contract value exceeding 300 million dollars.

– Detailed work plan for the OGUZKENT 5-star hotel project. – Responsible for Structural Works (GO) & Finishing, including special works. – Construction of a 13-story + 2-basement hotel complex, involving 75,000 m3 of concrete. – Managed the installation of floors, posts, and beams, civil engineering, and connection of various underground networks, reservoirs, and access roads. – Oversaw special works such as the installation of a 750 m² slab, anti-seismic and acoustic installations on BoxSpring.

– Managed an annual turnover of 120 million USD with a team of 8 works supervisors, 1 document support, 4 foremen, and 145 employees. – Responsible for various projects, activity monitoring, financial and commercial management, in discussion and negotiation with clients and local authorities. – Key projects included: – **PTA Bank Project**: Construction of a 27,000 m3 reinforced concrete building. – **ONUB Project**: Construction of a life base, comprising 75 prefabricated units (+ - 145 m²), an underground building for weapons, office, restaurant, and dormitory, on 8 hectares for ONUB BURUNDI. – **Emergency Hospital** in GITEGA, including 2 surgical blocks and 45 beds. – Rehabilitation of an 8 km road and urban sanitation for the hospital emergency, funded by ONUB - Jordan. – Construction of helicopter landing strips (8 x 60 m diameter), radio post, radar post, and master beacon post, controlling 2 hectares.

– Piloted and monitored construction sites, and handled administrative and commercial activities. – Key projects included: – **Bujumbura Port Project**: Rehabilitation of crane tracks, redevelopment of berths, storage areas, technical canals, and mooring quays. – **REGIDESO AEP Project**: Rehabilitation of reservoirs and slow filters. Construction of 5 water treatment stations (x1500 m3) for several cities (PAM - Burundi funding). Rehabilitation of a 24 km road section with 12 structures. – Construction of an 8-hectare children's village for war orphans (client: SOS Village d'Enfants Kinderdorf, NGO - Switzerland). – Rehabilitation + new construction of the Dutch Embassy in Kigali, Rwanda. – **CICR Project**: AEP 4500 ml of various diameters, water treatment plant, collection, reservoir construction. – **European Union Project**: 19 catchment lots for AEP. Installation of treatment with 79 km of EPA water networks, by gravity and pumping, in different cities. Civil engineering - marsh development with dikes in Nyabarongo valley - 1,500,000 m3 of earthworks. Construction of several dams and dikes in BA, control system with valves, large diameter metal pipes for forced passage, redistribution collectors (irrigation for rice cultivation on 5 ha). Creation of access roads and bridges (maintenance tracks).

– Construction of the European Union building in Brussels, rehabilitation of the building - (Bairlemont) - Brussels. – Special tasks: Management of works and organization of asbestos removal zones. – Installation of 8,950 m2 of masonry and plasterboard. – Laying of 15,500 m² of screeds, and wall & floor coverings. Relationship and online negotiation with the client's representative (Architecture office). – Establishment of the budgetary objective, contractual project monitoring. – Transfer of material controls. Negotiation and implementation of sub-contracts. – Control and monitoring of quantities, verification of meters, management of construction costs. – Establishment of schedules, updating and drafting of calculation notes, supervision of all trades. – Budgetary monitoring - Respect and implementation of security measures.

– Civil engineering: installation of a 25 km pipeline for the discharge of muddy waters from the open-pit mine, with creation of decantation basins and storm basins. – Construction of paved roads in the mining city (8 km), maintenance of mining road. – Construction of a metal hangar for the DUMPER 250 T maintenance center.
