– Utility project & Facility Operation in injectable, research and dry form production sites. – Managed a pharmaceutical plant (450 employees) EA, FDA dedicated to production of solid tablets and capsules. Organize: Activities to provide uninterrupted provision of Utilities and Services with respect to HSE regulation and core recommendations, progress meeting of technical enhancement projects Technical documentation structure and update. Control: Operation and investment budget expenses (2.5 M€), Energy consumption and costs, Activity Performance in term of quality, planning, costs and if matches with targets, Technical solutions prior to tendering. Strategic Master Plan for site Utilities – 2.8 M€: To issue full report of existing capacities of MEP utilities, To collect user requirements. Write-up of technical specifications, and tender documentation for engineering bidding process, To select, coordinate engineering site activities quality and budget wise. – Production Plant - Notre Dame de Bondeville Utilities & HVAC Service Responsible: Chemical and Pharmaceutical plant (550 employees) EA, FDA certified for injectable and lyophilized products. Mission: Responsible for the uninterrupted provision of black and clean utilities throughout the plant. Duties: Optimization of operation and maintenance for: Utilities (steam production plant and its distribution and condensate recovery piping, water treatment and distribution networks), Pharmaceutical Process (Autoclaves, Clean steam generator, Lyophilizer, WFI generators and distribution loops, Nitrogen, Compressed air), Budget and Cost control, FDA Audits for utilities. Project management: From specs write-up to commissioning and handing over: Renewal of HEPA / ULPA terminal filtration (240 units) in ISO 5 manufacturing room class (A, B) totalizing 1,000,000 m3/h air flow. Participate to start-up and commissioning of clean utilities and HVAC equipment for new manufacturing building dedicated to injectable.
