In charge of the SII Group's international operations, I support 14 subsidiaries in deploying best practices, promoting exchanges, and transforming projects into stronger commitments (Competence Center, Service Center, and Fixed-Rate Plan) to meet our customers' expectations. The main challenge is to take into account the specificities of each subsidiary (customer portfolio, maturity, references, etc.) to drive change. The ultimate objective is to improve overall performance (customer satisfaction, quality KPIs, financial KPIs, etc.) and to introduce or expand process industrialization to support the growth of these 14 subsidiaries.

As Head of Operations at SII Morocco, my mission is to support the group's highly ambitious development in Morocco as well as its nearshore projects. SII positions itself in Morocco as a leading IT services company offering intellectual property services in the digital sector. Responsible for East Africa & Indian Ocean areas Managing and hiring people for local and international projects are one of my main roles. In addition to them, I have the objective of developing new business in the Indian ocean region and east Africa. My company, Bull, can propose large panel of IT offers.
