Introduction
Holder of a dual MBA and Chemistry degree, I offer you over 25 years of experience in managing international purchasing teams, supply chain, and business development in the Cosmetics, Pharma, Agro-Food, and Chemical industries. In purchasing management, I have implemented a matrix structure that assigns responsibilities to buyers along three axes: business responsibility, technical responsibility for market evolution regarding a portfolio of families and suppliers, and indirect managerial responsibility by production site. Strongly integrated into the various phases of product development, the purchasing team is particularly connected to R&D, sustainable product definition, client need marketing, project timelines, and development costs. Such an organization has enabled: • Anticipating needs and avoiding disruptions by relying on long-term contracts, patents, and partnerships. • Securing developments and company activity from material selection to handling disputes of finished products, and up to shipment to clients (End to End). • Selecting materials and suppliers, directly linked to the product value chain, tracing supply chains, and developing virtuous CSR cycles. • Energizing and developing the company's quality commitment spirit through a multi-disciplinary supplier evaluation process (based on Op€ra principles). • Responding to client or industry needs, always staying ahead of technical evolutions and proposing innovative and profitable solutions. I am also accustomed to: • Leading a Purchasing department and implementing differentiating short, medium, and long-term strategies to support company development and finance profitable projects. • Optimizing, simplifying, and automating the management of purchasing tasks and their organization (AI, VBA). • Securing and analyzing the value of portfolios based on acquisition, market, chemical, packaging, and transport criteria. • Facilitating the development process, from the make or buy decision to integrating external companies into projects, defining functional specifications, sourcing, and handling unforeseeable industrial disputes. • Focusing on results in all phases of development, integrating purchasing into every step. Soft Skills: • Open-mindedness • Adaptability • Team spirit • Global vision • Complex problem-solving
