In 2024–2025, I chose to fully dedicate myself to a specialized training program in Product Management, while deepening my work on generative AI. Objective: to structure my expertise around the design of innovative products that combine purpose, technology, and business impact. This period allowed me to explore new use cases, prototype AI solutions, speak at conferences, and strengthen my systemic vision of complex projects.

• Supported 6 teams in implementing an Agile organization on a 1,000-employee site, enhancing cross-technical collaboration and clarifying communication between Product Owners and clients (Cyber, Safety, R&D). • Coached and facilitated a team of Product Managers on a project involving over 150 people. • Scrum Master on a large-scale project following the SAFe framework. • Results: on-time delivery, faster decision-making, improved understanding and appreciation of short iterations and failures, and proactive conflict prevention within teams.
