Project Manager at a Family Office, overseeing the renovation of a hotel in collaboration with renowned interior designer Jacques Garcia, along with its adjacent shopping center (over 110,000 sq. ft.). Responsible for project phasing, feasibility studies, contractor selection, and execution, ensuring seamless integration with the future operations of both facilities. Lead of the Execution, Design, and Management team, overseeing the in-house architectural and technical teams while ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines for both the hotel (General Management) and the shopping center. The hotel renovation is estimated at €40M.

Member of the Secretariat of the Minister of Equipment, Environment and Urban Planning. Study, evaluation/validation and management of public/private construction projects, involved into energy transition mission, renovation and maintenance of assets and various operations in the Principality and neighboring municipalities (roads, events, construction, special air events). Preservation of the environment, quality of life and travel strategies linked to operations, proactivity. Definition of business strategies, replies to call for tenders offers, contracts negotiations. Technical, contractual, financial supervisor for real estate, social housing renovation, and construction and civil engineering activities. Success : 105% revenue growth in one year for a staff increase of around 22%.

Supervision of the architects in charge of the works. Responsible for 220 M€ investments, used for an aquatic & conference centre including a concert hall, a town hall, a school, a nursery, a stadium with underground car park, houses … Responsible of the sustainable development strategy (projects, operation and tourism). Success : Technical, financial and legal reorganization of the aquatic centre project (130 M€), production of all operations programmes including sustainability development.

Creation from scratch of the BU, recruitment, management and organization of the staff. Definition of the business strategy, responsible of the internal and external business communication for activities development. Negotiation of the contracts. HR, operational and financial BU manager. Expert for financial estimate of the offers and analyse of complex projects. Responsible for the services provision contract and compliance with the public procurement code of conduct. Success : Contracts awarded by RATP, SEMALY, SNCF, and the Urban Renewal Project of the city of Cherbourg. Creation of a team of 25 people in 2,5 years for an annual turnover around 2 M €.
