02/2014 - 02/2015 Project Manager and Coordinator for SAP Migration (AMTF: Pasteur/Sanofi) - In charge of the migration of several landscapes such as PP, WMS, BW, BI, PI, EP, IDM, CEN, ECC6 for SANOFI following the GxP standards (Clusters mode). - Carried out specific migration of HP/SUSE to SUSE (CI&AS). - IDM 7.1 (full Java stack) Migration. - Responsible for the coordination of all domains impacted by the OSDB migrations. 08/2013 - 10/2013 SAP Consultant for OSDB Migration as Project Leader - Overseer of the feasibility study on SAP migration (ECC6/BW/WM). - Participated in SAP Migration project to a new Datacenter for SANOFI Frankfurt, including RACI, planning proposal, sizing, interface inventory, risk analysis and cut-over. - Coordinated SAP actions with HP datacenter team (governance and change management), organized Project committees.
