As Product Owner of HR Information Systems I'm responsible for the implementation and improvement of our HR system, and managing the backlog of the HRIS Team. Some of the functionality implemented include: Compensation, Performance, Absences, Benefits and integrations, including data migration. The implementation was complemented with organizing User Acceptance Tests and training end users. The Product Owner manages projects and works with external consultants to bring existing systems to the next level, by adding new functionality or improvements to existing ones. Moreover, the Product Owner liaises with stakeholders across the business in order to understand their needs and gather requirements. These will be transformed into user stories and prioritized with the team based on different metrics. The Product Owner follows through their implementation and evaluation process and will measure success of the functionality delivered.

As Product Owner I'm responsible for managing the backlog of a team of software developers. The Product Owner role consists on liaising with stakeholders across the business in order to understand their needs and gather requirements. These will be transformed into user stories and prioritized with the development team based on business impact. The Product Owner follows through their implementation and evaluation process and will measure success of the functionality delivered.

As IT Coordinator Team Leader I manage a team of 3 people. Roughly half of the time is dedicated to manage, coach, support my team and guide through their personal development. The other half of the time I assist the IT Department by handling complex and/or urgent IT Coordinator tasks.

As Product Owner of the Messagine Engine, I work with a team of developers and system administrators. My role consists in understanding the needs of the business and communicating them to the team. I set priorities for the team to work on, analyze data, do research and come up with new ideas to improve the system. Part of my job consists also in keeping and developing relationships with telecom providers, negotiate with suppliers when necessary and being the bridge between suppliers, providers and our technical team.

The main responsibilities of an IT Coordinator are: - taking care of the hiring process and the on-boarding of new hires in a fast pace growing department - organizing and facilitating trainings according to the department's needs - organizing events of different types and size - representing the company during technical conferences/workshops, mainly with recruitment purposes - providing a service to the IT Department as a whole, from many different perspectives.
