Artistic Director and Head of Production of Europe's oldest and largest improvisational theatre festival - Oversaw core team of eight (plus 70+ festival week volunteers) through full lifecycle of event production - Managed a balanced six figure budget, covering 80% of budget through revenue and only 20% from outside sources - Worked with artistic team to curate festival selections (performers, directors, and workshop leaders) from 500+ submissions - Developed and directed relationships with 200+ festival contributors from five continents - Worked with Coordinator to manage relationships with numerous vendors and partners including six venues, hospitality, and catering - Built community relationships through meetings and partnerships with the gemeente (Amsterdam Noord), local businesses, theatre schools and community organisations - Piloted community outreach program designed to build engagement with the Tuindorp neighbourhood through pop-up events, a Community Center, storytelling, and bilingual/language-free programming - Rebranded the festival, including the personal creation and implementation of a new logo, brand guidelines, visual language, website, and physical/digital collateral - Spearheaded effort to systematise and document policies and procedures - Handled disputes, concerns, and customer challenges

- Co-developed and co-produced Eindhoven's first recurring improvisational theatre show, the Showjam, to spotlight local performers and bring national talent to a local stage. As of June 2025, there have been 25 Showjams with an average audience of 40+ (50 seat venue) with many dates at full capacity. - Identified and worked with venues including Pand P and The Social Hub - Oversaw marketing and communications related to the Showjam - Developed and grew relationships with improv communities across the Netherlands, including facilitating performer exchange programs - Acted as host for many of the Showjams as well as additional one-off shows - Developed and taught an eight week longform improv performance course, the first in the region - Worked with an extremely diverse group of contributors and performers, gaining valuable experience in working with and tailoring events for intercultural groups, but also the LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse communities.

Developed, produced, and hosted Synchronized Swim, an improvisational theatre community show designed to bring the Tampa Bay-area improv community together post-covid. The show was a one-woman labor of love that ran for a year before being acquired by the Countdown Improv Festival. It saw consistent community engagement and small but passionate audiences full of repeat visitors.
