During this period, I worked full-time as a Product Designer at Avy, a proptech company offering a digital platform that facilitates communication between property owners and residents. My main responsibility was to design a new, modular web platform to complement Avy’s existing mobile app. The key challenge was to create a flexible design that could be tailored to the unique branding and feature requirements of different property companies – without compromising on usability or consistency. Key contributions: • Conducted interviews and research with support teams, stakeholders, and clients • Designed high-fidelity prototypes in Figma for both web and mobile • Ensured a cohesive omnichannel experience with aligned IA and UI components • Improved core user flows including rent payments, laundry bookings, community features, and the move-in/out experience

I was part of a small UX team at Ericsson where I worked on improving complex internal applications that manage large amounts of data and advanced sales processes. The work encompassed the entire design process – from user research, interviews, and user testing to UX/UI design in Adobe XD. I contributed solutions that simplified the interface without compromising functionality.

I'm responsible for defining, overseeing and creating the design strategy and process for our three different products (web, app and self-service stations) to ensure a consistent UI and UX experience across the whole customer journey.

I’ve had the privilege of working with major national and international clients such as Bemz, Delaval, Coop, Bravida, Getinge, Marginalen Bank and Svenska Dagbladet.

Some of my clients were Lendify, Nansen Sweden AB, The Swedish Baseball and Softball association, Kola Productions and Detectus.

Detectus: Responsible for the company's visual communication. Developed the brand identity, a new website, a corporate video, the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, exhibition stands and more. AktivX.se: Responsible for the company's visual communication. I developed the overall layout and production design for advertisements (both print and web), brochures, shop dispalys, gift cards, banners and more. Web site traffic growth, advertising in social media and Google adwords.
