As UX/UI designer, I worked with the Sonepar Group to customize and enhance their CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, used by inside and outside sales teams across more than 30 countries. My role focused on streamlining existing processes, standardizing workflows, and designing intuitive navigation and features tailored to users' needs, helping make their daily tasks simpler and more efficient. As UX designer, I help Hexagonal consulting answering their clients needs to improve the user interaction and user interface of the solution built: - Client SNCF: implementation of the design of RexNG interface (desktop) (mock-up, prototype, feedback loop)

The Makers' labs are tech labs dedicated to creativity and learning by doing, part of the EM Lyon Business School. I help the Bachelors students of EM Lyon in their group project of the Prototype course during a one month module. Through a project addressing one of the 17 United Nations goals, this course allows students to apply the following design process: to create a digital solution, to prototype it using a UI design tool (Figma), to perform user tests and to improve the prototype through iterations.

As UX designer, I help improving the user experience of the building industry Professionals who use the services of Travaux.com in France, Werkspot in The Netherlands, and Instapro in Italy, on web (desktop, mobile) and app (IOS, android). Key responsibilities: - Build and challenge the identification of design opportunities (i.e. User feedbacks, Personas, data on usage) - Create user interfaces and build prototypes on all devices - Pair with UX designers and developers to ensure the consistency and feasibility of the solution designed - Work closely with the team to define design and product success metrics for the solution delivered -Test and validate the UI designs prior to release (UAT) Projects and achievements: - Redesign the entire web experience of the Tradespeople for the migration of our platform (3 countries) -Lead design sprints and introduce the concept of design system sprint - Took the role of a Product owner for 4 month to ensure a continuous delivery of the team's work - Participate in the rebrand project for Werkspot, Travaux.com, Instapro to create a common visual identity and UX Design guidelines

Animation of workshops, support in JIRA tool. Action plan in the LT to ensure a continuous improvement. Work on Agile at scale projects. • Allianz (Insurance) - Agile@Scale organization project: PMO on associated subjects (Interactions between tribes, coaching teams, use of JIRA, support of Design and Delivery competence centers). Help in setting up AF2S governance: definition of strategic axes, production of the slides used in seminars. • Banque PSA Finance (Netherlands and France): project related to GDPR compliance, establishment and fulfillment of the record of processing activities and the PIA for concerned processing, governance structuration, policy adaptation. • Total: roadmap and proposal for the creation of a strategic and operational dashboards.
