• Planning logistic activities in order to ensure timely delivery of products and undamaged entrance of products to the related markets especially for whole Africa and Middle East - Iran, Iraq, Syria. • Working close with production, sales, order management,logistics team of Arçelik and also support customer and shipment companies in all processes to ensure shipment till products are being safely delivered. • Engaging alternative modes of transport and route optimization by appropriate transit times and capturing costs • Implementation of export opportunities in the areas of logistics by following developments for the objective of the company • Development and implementation of appropriate forms of installation for customer demands • Ensuring the flow of all data required for the customer’s import procedures in accordance with the legislation in line with customer demands • Ensuring timely flow of information to customers about shipments • Implementation of improvement activities and performance measurement of logistics coordination of external suppliers • Accounting process of logistics costs

• Optimization of loading – unloading process especially for export shipments • Allocation projects, construction of distribution models • Projects for minimisaiton of industrial accidents in warehouses • Determination and measure of warehouses KPI’s • Cost based detailed analysis of new warehouse projects • Reports and presentations about all warehouses process.
