– I was in charge of developing the firm's client portfolio, supporting clients in CSR projects, ESG financing, sustainable finance, climate and also training with banks. – I implemented the entire ESG strategy of the Banque Malienne de Solidarité (BMS) and the Banque Nationale de Development Agricole du Mali (BNDA) according to the IFC performance standards. – Concretely, I drafted the banks' ESG policies, set up all the environmental and social risk analysis procedures (screening, categorization, E&S due diligence) and trained all the directors and employees o the two banks; – I drafted the national plan for private sector engagement in the fight against climate change. The mission was funded by UNDP through the Agency for Environment and Sustainable Development (AEDD); – I developed the entire ESG marketing strategy as a Business Developer in sustainable development, as well as a range of ESG products to support companies in Mali.
