Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all stages of software development to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet quality requirements. PROJECT PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT - Define project objectives, deliverables, and schedules. - Establish a detailed project plan in collaboration with the technical team. - Allocate the necessary human, financial and material resources. RISK MANAGEMENT - Identify potential risks to the project and put mitigation plans in place. - Manage unforeseen events, such as delays or changes in requirements. EVALUATE THE PERFORMANCE OF TEAM MEMBERS - Use project management tools like Jira or Trello to track progress. - Ensure that the software meets initial specifications through regular testing. DELIVERY AND CLOSING - Ensure software is delivered to the customer or end user on time. - Oversee the deployment and initial maintenance stages. - Conduct a post-project evaluation to identify lessons learned.
