As a QA Analyst, I am a member of the back office squads, handling operational aspects such as CRM, KYC, and SEPA monetary flows. - Automating UI and API tests for the back office using Robot Framework and Playwright. - Testware development within an AWS cloud-based architecture and containerized. - Integrating tests into CI CD development pipelines to continuously maintain software quality. - Analyzing and reporting bugs while proactively proposing solutions.

In parallel with my activities, I occasionally teach as an independent instructor for trainees in software quality. I teach differents courses, such as: Java, Python, DB & SQL, API Web Services, CI/CD (Jenkins, Squash, GitLab, Runner VM & Docker), Automated testing factory

During my assignment at BPCE Vie, I ensured the quality of the Insurance and Finance application portfolio at BPCE Vie by implementing rigorous manual and automated testing, adapted to Agile and V-Cycle methodologies of various teams. My responsibilities included: - Analyzing the needs of business teams and assisting project teams to establish the functional requirements. - Designing and executing manual, functional, non-regression tests, as well as and end-to-end tests, on various web, mobile, and Java applications (such as Graphtalk AIA, Mainframe 3270, Jump Technology). - Maintaining and executing automated non-regression tests to ensure continuous stability of the applications. - Communicating effectively with developers to report anomalies and collaborating to resolve them quickly. - Extracting and presenting my test progress during various committee meetings.

Training new arrivals on the following concepts : - Basics of the Tester job. - How to write a test matrix and a test plan. - Understanding and using a test management tool (Jira/XRay). - Understanding and using relational databases. Training team members on the following concepts: - Ability to identify and read the elements of an HTML webpage - XPath for test automation - Ability to decompose manual actions into procedural actions for test automation - Designing an automated test case
