– In context of the transfer of IT Platform for the management of the retirement from Malakoff Méderic and AG2R la mondiale to DSI – AGIRC ARRCO, my mission is to set-up a PMO for the program to support six project managers and one program manager activities. – Identified and set up operational meeting of the follow up of the program – Defined the reporting processes for project report during committees – Design templates for the program activities: Communication, project and program status, REX, ... – Build the program planning in Microsoft project – Identified risks and mitigation plan – Implemented the capacity plan and budget in Clarity – Challenged project manager on the follow up status – Achievement: – Set up a PMO for the execution of the program for the IT Platform transfer. – Achieved the program objective as planned in term of IT Platform transfer.
