As part of a cross-functional team, I contributed to the development and evolution of a talent acquisition platform using Ruby on Rails and Vue.js. I worked on features that enhanced the hiring experience for companies and candidates, including a completely new candidate dashboard and the migration of data from a legacy system. I collaborated closely with product managers and designers to define technical solutions and deliver new functionalities, from improving back-end performance (through caching and N+1 query optimizations) to building and maintaining JSONAPI-compliant APIs and front-end interfaces.

As a member of the Enterprise Applications team, my day-to-day activities include: • Designing, coding, testing, and implementing applications, for either internal and external uses, using technologies such as Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, Git, RabbitMQ, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery; • Troubleshooting and resolving issues surrounding performance, response times, capacity and system limitations; • Participating in design and planning discussions; • Scrum, Kanban and XP as agile methodologies, Jira as auxiliary tool; • Performing code reviews and creating/modifying system documentation.

As a member of tax support team, I participated in the development of softwares for analysis of restitution, refund and compensation of taxes. Provided monitoring and support to users in the SPED-Fiscal verification process.

Provided support to department users via e-mail, remote access, and in-person. Monitored, diagnosed, and resolved issues with hardware, software, network connectivity, printers, operating systems. I also managed server/console backups and provided regular website maintenance.
