In continuation of the previous mission, post Opella carve-out (contract renewal) ● Hypercare management regarding the Product Flow tool implemented (continuous operational support and training of controllers populations) ● Implementation of procedures and algorithms allowing the monitoring of an Opella stand-alone performance since January 2025 ● Operational assistance in managing Sanofi/Opella flow changes post carve out (product recodification, revaluation of standards, redefinition of product flows) ● Design and implementation of a dedicated manufacturing application within TM1 (standard costs determination and forecast, budget validation process)

In the context of the carve out of the Opella activities from the Sanofi group (approx. 5 billion revenue) ● Transformation and Project management (product flows reporting, analysis and consolidation) ● Support for the financial direction in its autonomy project by implementing the necessary tools, teams accounting and reporting procedures ● Design and implementation of a complete reporting process for end-to-end product flows (industrial and financial flows, for sales, COGS and Gross Margin) within a TM1 tool (sales reporting, calculation of consolidated costs, upstream margins, product chaining) ● AMOA regarding the design of the tools and the expression of functional needs ● Business Process Owner : Management of product flow reporting interactions (central at Sanofi) with all stakeholders and related systems (taxes, consolidation, controlling, manufacturing, etc.) ● Deployment of all incoming (ERPs, master data) and outgoing (SAP FC for consolidation, TM1 for controlling, Snowflake for data cloud warehouse, Kinaxis for supply chain planning...etc) interfaces ● Design and recruitment of targeted teams and set-up of procedures ● Training of finance community and on-boarding of recruited teams ● Support to the controlling department in the definition of managerial KPIs and design of the analysis matrix environment

● Head of Consolidation, Central FP&A and Holding accounting teams ● Management of 20 people with direct reporting line to Group CFO ● In charge of 2023 budget and reforecast (approx. 200 entities) ● In charge of Group IFRS communication (annual and quarterly) ● In charge of the carve out (IFRS 5 accounting) of Atalian activities in the UK and Asia ● Responsible for a €20 million corporate budget ● Support to CFO in a refinancing context (cash forecasts along with Treasury, valuation Due diligences, financial communication to banks and bond holders)

● In charge of part of the consolidation process in a post IPO context ● Structuring consolidation and reporting process (conversion to IFRS, cash flow approach, fast close) and ERP implementation (Onestream) ● Acquisition accounting regarding multiple businesses with strong focus on valuation matters and impairment ● In charge of IFRS communication on various matters

● Since Sept. 2020 in charge of the PPA and valuation process following Ingenico acquisition by Wordline ● Responsible for the Group IFRS monthly closings (approx. 120 entities), IFRS communication and management of a team of 5 analysts ● In charge of elaboration of Group KPIs on a monthly basis ● Acquisition accounting regarding multiple businesses ● Supporting central Controlling team and Treasury regarding budget and forecast consolidation
