Business Analyst PO PIM (Akeneo) on Business Side (Emerch Team). Deployment of Akeneo PIM for e-commerce and retail activities across all LV's product categories Integrated into the PIM Core Team as a pair with an internal digital stakeholder, I played a key role in the scoping, design, and preparation for the deployment of Akeneo PIM, replacing a legacy system (BCC) that combined CMS and PIM functionalities. I acted as a bridge between Business teams (eMerch, Marketing, MDM Supply), IT teams, the Akeneo vendor, and the systems integrator, bringing both Functional and Technical expertise. ● Prepared, facilitated, and synthesized over 25 workshops (eMerch and Marketing) to define functional needs and translate them into functional specifications ● Designed the product data model (attributes, categorization, channels), challenging business needs to converge towards an optimized and sustainable model (250 attributes / around ten families) ● Wrote functional specifications and validated the data model with stakeholders ● Analyzed existing data quality in BCC using Power BI alongside MDM teams to establish a migration and data recovery strategy ● Defined AS IS / TO BE processes ● Participated in agile rituals (PI Planning, backlog refinement, etc.) ● Coordinated with Akeneo (2 people) and the integrator (3 people) to ensure alignment between needs, technical constraints, and project roadmap ● Actively took part in project committees and the Steering Committee Key results: ● Reduced product model complexity: from 900+ fields in BCC to 250 optimized attributes in Akeneo ● Structured a common model for all product categories with 3 category trees, 4 upstream data sources / 10 downstream systems, and 2 distribution channels ● Improved data quality by identifying duplicates, obsolete fields, and optimizing product creation processes ● Defined a product data migration strategy
