€24M turnover I currently lead the finance function of a French industrial company integrated into an Italian group. My role is to ensure reliable reporting and financial processes while supporting the CEO in strategic decision-making. Key achievements include managing an ad hoc restructuring mandate, securing the recovery of €400K in overdue receivables, and guiding a team of 3 accountants through process improvements.

€20M turnover (6 entities) I structured and consolidated the finance function of a diversified group, preparing the company for entry into investment funds. I implemented consolidated reporting in Power BI, set up internal controls, and oversaw digital transformation of finance processes. On the HR side, I supervised payroll for 120 employees, managed restructuring and labor disputes, while leading and mentoring a team of 6 accountants.

€12M turnover I was responsible for optimizing financial operations and ensuring compliance during a complex tax audit in the midst of COVID-19. Through rigorous cash flow management, I successfully recovered €500K in receivables. I also strengthened margin analysis and managed a team of 7 finance professionals.

€60M turnover I supervised the accounting and controlling activities of 5 entities located across Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East. I led IFRS reporting and group consolidation, while managing monthly and annual closings. One of my key projects was the ERP migration from Oracle to SAP, where I acted as a key user and trainer for the finance teams. I also oversaw accounting and tax compliance for 6 entities with different legal structures.

€55M turnover I worked in an international environment, managing financial reporting under French GAAP and US GAAP. I contributed to SOX audits, ERP migrations, mergers and integrations, and collaborated closely with the Shared Service Center in Poland.

€735M turnover I co-managed the accounting operations of a factory with 250 employees and handled multi-site accounting under SAP and Oracle. I optimized financial flows, improved internal processes, and contributed to consolidated financial statements and external audits.

€10M turnover At the luxury jeweler Tiffany & Co, I was responsible for full-cycle accounting under French GAAP and US GAAP. I managed monthly and annual reporting and oversaw cash management for Paris boutiques, including Printemps Haussmann and Rue de la Paix.
