Director of the information systems. Budget 8M €, 45 people, 29 apps, 5 datacenters. Logistics 📦 and transport 🚛 of e-commerce, 100 customers from 9 warehouses (ventesprivees.com, Rue du Commerce, Nocibé, Made.com, Kiabi, ...). 💥 Restructuring mission. ✔Definition of the master plan, rationalization of tools and reorganization of teams. ✔Strategic deployment plan for a core model, securing and stabilizing systems. ✔ Outsourcing of the development department. ✔ Drastic reduction in costs (- 1,4M€).

IT projects management. Team of 12 people Responsibility for the deployment, optimization and maintenance of the information system on 35 warehouses in France for the management of the activities of more than 100 customers. Start-up of sites, integration of new customers, continuous improvement, process change, innovation, implementation of tools related to WMS, EDI, assistance, training, ... Creation and management of a technical and functional team made up of managers of projects, functional experts, trainers and analysts programmers + subcontractors. Implementation of a project approach, standardization of methods and tools (core model) with a view to industrializing deployment and maintenance processes. In 2016, establishment and management of a unit of regional IT coordinators with the aim of helping the deployment and locally assisting users with the various tools offered by the IT department.

Design and deployment of information systems (WMS) on ​new logistics sites and for the integration of new customers. Maintenance and optimization on warehouses in operation. Response to calls for tenders, specifications, project management, project team: client, cable fitters, purchases, network, hotline, development, training, edi, subcontractors, editors ... Implementation of applications and equipment. Studies and implementation of innovative productivity-generating tools (voice preparation, radio guidance, triangulation, vehicle tracking, etc.). Main projects 2012/2013: Start-up of a warehouse for Coca-cola in Vitrolles (up to 220 trucks / day). Start-up of a X-dock fruit and vegetable warehouse in Bucharest (Romania). Start-up of a Danone factory warehouse (300,000T / year) in Riyadh and design of the core model and deployment plan (WMS, TMS, OMS) of the distribution network (26 platforms, 600 vehicles, 25,000 points of sale) in Saudi Arabia . Start-up of a Danone warehouse in Ukraine (Kiev). Relocation of warehouses (frozen in Marseille, Seveso in Orléans).

Carrefour Supply Chain (3 years): Application Manager: 50% reduction in incidents in 1 year. Study and negotiation of development requests. Training and supervision of French teams + back office in Morocco (13 people). Orange (6 months): AS400 developer within a TMA for the Orange billing system

Industrial Engineering Laboratory: mathematical modeling of the links between lead time, scheduling and cost price when capacity is a function of cost!!! Development of algorithms for solving (NP-)complex problems. Simulations and analyses, proposal of heuristics and development of decision support tools.

Project Manager (4p) Real-time scheduling of steel casting cutting to minimize delay penalties and waste volume. Development of 3 optimization algorithms and development of decision support software.

Atelier de maintenance matériel roulant. Evaluation des risques AMDEC et proposition de mesures préventives.
