Job creation - European Scope: 21 countries (including i.e. FR, CH, UK, BE, NL, ES, DE, IT) - Retail and Corporate employees -Payroll management: cross-functional management of payroll managers (6) in different countries (5) or regions (5), manage external payroll providers and service providers (consultants, freelancers…), streamline processes with Workday requirements, provide temporary support in end-to-end payroll operations (CH, BE) -Audit: audit payroll processes (in-house and outsourced payrolls) of all countries, propose a global payroll audit framework for Europe, ensure social, tax and regulatory compliance across the entire scope, work on the necessary improvements to ensure compliance -KPI’s and change management: define and monitor HR and payroll metrics to ensure the accuracy, quality, and compliance of the payroll cycle -Projects: coordinate and follow up on global projects related to payroll and T&A for Europe, in line with the USA ○ T&A system implementation in Spain (800 EE) and Switzerland (70 EE) ○ Transition to Workday Payroll in UK (1400 EE) ○ Payroll integration of 5 stores in Switzerland with a provider and integration with ADP Celergo (30 EE) ○ Audit and implementation of process for retail payroll in Belgium ○ Team structuration in Belgium, Switzerland, Netherlands, Germany and UK (recruitment, workshop…)
