I led the company in project management transformation from a typically Waterfall to an Agile approach by adopting the Scrum Framework. I therefore managed the Change Management project, with the aim of making business productivity more efficient. Starting from an Assessment of processes, methods and work tools and identifying through a subsequent analysis the appropriate adjustments sharing the Vision and the objectives with the company management. I am an administrator of the Atlassian suite consisting of Jira, Confluence and Service Desk products and various other plugins At the same time, in the role of Scrum Master for some projects and for others as Product Owner, I manage projects and support for Customers in the fashion & luxury Retail environment

I manage a team of specialists and I am the manager of the main company product in the eCommerce and Omnichannel area. My role is to keep the margins of the various projects based on the products I manage under constant control and to do so I use tools such as MS Project, Excel, Word and other specific tools, which can allow me to monitor the progress of the activities and foresee any deviations. I organize progress meetings with various clients, while cultivating relationships of trust.

Agile Scrum Master of 12 member team of specialists, responsible for: - Creation of eCommerce portal systems - Creation, planning and maintenance (Release Plan, managing Production/Test Issues and Change Requests process) of the Main company product whose objective is to improve selling process used in the Retail Fashion market to an Omnichannel perspective Such mentioned product combines, in only one Mobile solution - multi device and responsive - various selling channels (eCommerce, store, adjacent stores and the main warehouse) centralizing the selling experience: customer identification (CRM integration, QR code, iBeacon, etc.), catalogue management (Multi-Brand, multi-DAM, multi-PIM), hybrid shopping cart management (ecommerce store and other branch stores); promotional, sales and discount plans, order management system (OMS), completing with establishing mobile payments (mobilePOS) and the consequent dematerialization of physical cash register. The solution leans towards several forms: “B2E App” is aimed at Store Sales Representatives (sellout). “SFA App” is referred to Selling Agents (sell-in). “B2C App” is indicated for the Final Consumer. Last but not least, “Kiosk” and “Totem”, are available for Customer enabling a self purchase in points of sale/stores. Parallel to the above mentioned role, I was also Project Manager of the department in charge of the Digitalization of the Retail Experience and SFA Process. This position includes guiding and managing the digitalization of the GUESS Flagship Store in Antwerp, the managing of the “B2E App” for MaxMara and the “SFA App” of Miroglio. Simultaneously, I also followed the Pre-selling activities in collaboration with the Commercial Directors.

Manager of a team of specialists in charge of conceiving, producing and maintaining a Business Intelligence Portal for the management and evaluation, for KPI, of cruise ships naval fleet, composed by a large group companies headed by Carnival America. The Portal proposes a "responsive" interface, for an efficient multi-platform, multi-device experience. The managed data begin from the Real Time interpretation of automated data received from Ships (more than 1000 sensors per ship) and finish with their aggregated analysis, proposing a remarkable historical depth (10 years), allowing therefore to trace in Real Time the apparatus under investigation and analyze their progress in the long term. The Cloud of MS (Azure) solution was adopted for the infrastructural aspect and this, along with first the OLAP and then the Big Data, configure a predisposition to innovation with respect to saving costs.

Con il ruolo di Project Manager, mi sono occupato della gestione di progetti trasversali, interfacciandomi direttamente con il direttore del Dipartimento dell’unità specializzata alla realizzazione di Software per il mondo IT e TELCO.

Mi sono occupato della realizzazione di soluzioni software legate in prevalenza al mondo del Voice-Over-IP. Nello specifico, per quanto riguarda la progettazione: analisi di flusso, sequence diagram e UML relativamente a servizi che vedono l'interazione tra le tecnologie: SIP, AS, VMS. Mi sono occupato della realizzazione di una libreria in grado di elaborare un flusso VoiceXML verso (tramite il “Sip Control Framework”) la Rete di tipo Legacy e la Rete Intelligente di nuova generazione. Implementazione di un Plug-in per Network Gatekeeper per la gestione delle comunicazioni da e per la Rete Intelligente. Linguaggi e tools utilizzati: SIP (Session Initiation Protocol), Bea WebLogic Sip Server, Bea WebLogic Network Gatekeeper, Ejb, Servlet, Apache commons pool, Web Services, VXML/XML, UML.

Sia dal punto di vista analitico/funzionale che implementativo, ho sfruttato nuove tecnologie per migliorare il sistema di gestione ed acquisizione dei clienti e prospect via Web. Strumenti di lavoro, Framework e Pattern: IBM WebSphere, Hibernate, Struts, Ant, Web Services, UML

Mi sono occupato della progettazione e implementazione di un sistema CMS (Content Management System) per la gestione di contenuti sullo standard DVB-T e MHP, relativo alla TV digitale terrestre e DVB-H per la diffusione delle informazioni in Broadcast nel mondo Mobile. Tutto il progetto è sviluppato con tecnologie Java J2EE, JMS, Servlet e framework Struts. Inoltre implementazione di un server multithread http che interpreta le richieste, di vari tipi di client, e le trasforma in code xml, che successivamente verranno trasmesse in Broadcast al decoder tramite il Carousel. In accordo con il management del CRS-SISS e in coordinamento con l’Account Manager di riferimento sul territorio, assistenza tecnico-organizzativa e consulenza agli operatori socio-sanitari. Coordinamento delle attività CRS-SISS nei confronti degli utenti finali (MMG, PLS e Farmacie), di cui sono state recepite esigenze ed indicazioni, tramite tra gli utenti e le strutture del progetto.

Con il ruolo di Responsabile di un progetto che prevede l'analisi, lo sviluppo e la manutenzione di un software di “pre-vendita” su dispositivi palmari (iPaq WinCE) con l’utilizzo della tecnologia Java. Caratteristiche essenziali: creazione di bolle, fatture, abbuoni e ordini in formato XML con loro invio attraverso connessione GPRS direttamente al magazzino centrale, stampa di listino con immagini, ed una serie di funzioni che rendono il lavoro dell'agente di vendita più veloce, sicuro e soprattutto controllabile. Parallelamente mi sono interfacciato con il cliente nell'evolversi del progetto in qualità di Product Manager. Precedentemente ho seguito la progettazione e lo sviluppo di un Server http che gestisce tutte le procedure di calcolo di un sistema complesso di assegnazione crediti e incentivi per i punti di distribuzione della GDO. Ho partecipato a progetti a livello internazionale per la principale televisione russa: “TV Center Moscow”. Sistema completo di digitalizzazione, archiviazione e messa in onda (Media Asset Manager) di tutto il palinsesto del canale televisivo di cui sopra.
