– In my role as a Consultant, I support my Client in their Digitalization process and the deployment of new technical tools and assist on new ERP implementation (BOB50 to SAP S4 HANA) across SDLC and Agile methods. – Simultaneously, I oversee the operational side of accounting and finance, managing daily operations, closures tasks, Cash Management, full P2P process from Procurement to Reconciliation and different reporting requirements for different entities and Consolidation & Interco Ops. – Management of payments across different platforms & APIs (ATLAR, Bank portals), and formats (Instant_payments, Crossborder_payments, XML, CSV, MACRO, CAMTO53) while complying with ISO20022 standards under various ERPs (BOB50/Sage100/SAP S4 HANA) – Lead EY UK Indian Team on SSC and ERP input tasks and reconciliation – Work closely with FP&A on management accounting and cost analysis

– Finance Functional Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Business Central): – Assisting on different steps: Blueprint-Workshops-Setting-Data Migration-Testing-User Guides-Trainings-Technical support & Assistance – Projects: EVS Broadcast, Université de Namur, ETUC

– Within this dynamic start-up, my primary role was to establish smooth accounting, full cash management, different type of Reports, Taxes and VAT processes in collaboration with an external fiduciary while managing various departments and external collaborators.

– As a member of the accounting team and under the supervision of the Finance Grants Manager, my primary roles included: – General and analytical accounting – Budget monitoring for projects (Budget vs actual expenditures) – Compliance with donor regulations – Financial reporting (to the UK Board and Donors) – Audit and internal control – Administrative support and coordination – Recording and oversight of transactions

– Responsible for overseeing the comprehensive aspects of General Accounting, Cash Management, VAT matters, and financial reports in accordance with USGAAP and BEGAAP utilizing Microsoft Dynamics Axapta AX12 and TABLEAU.

– Responsible for supporting the Finance team in developing a precise accounting system, with a focus on the P2P process and bank reconciliations.
