My team works on a new generation of fast charging station for electric vehicles integrating batteries, solar energy and Grid computing. This massively IoT-based system requires a high level of modeling (Azure Digital Twin), AI components and ML (energy optimization). mobile, touch and web applications (Flutter) as well as many micro services and APIs hosted in the Cloud (Azure). All developments are carried out within a software factory (Azure, SonarCloud, etc.) making it possible to claim industrial quality deliverables. All our deliveries (BSP Linux, IoT Edge modules, mobile apps, Cloud (Terraform), microservices, ...) have been automated, tested (quality) and tested within Azure DevOps. Using "Semantic Versioning" helps us to have a consistent and transparent management of the version numbering avoiding our developers to worry about it. We have reached a high level of automation for the build, deployment (including IoT) and test steps (BDD/Gherkins) within Azure DevOps. We are demonstrating that IoT brings new awesome features for remote monitoring and device updates (embedded Linux, IoT Edge modules). Always having an active participation in developments, I set up our entire telemetry and alarming acquisition chain on a Telegraf/Victoriametrics/Prometheus/Grafana basis operating both "at the Edge" and on the Cloud side. This obervability-based architecture has been enriched with the integration of other products from GrafanaLabs as OnCall, Loki, ... I also fully developed an IoT Edge C# module controlling the Nayax VPOS Touch payment terminal (MDB protocol).

* Redesign the formal architecture by using Azure IoT Edge, * Manage the relationship with partners and sub-contractors, * Deploy a software factory based on Azure DevOps and Docker for all the software components (firmware, embedded and web), * Automate the delivery and organize the technical documentation, * Automate the Linux image generation (Yocto) for TPM-based targets (Raspberry Pi, Cortex a9, ...), * Infrastructure as code with Terraform / Azure CLI for 3 subscriptions

* Invent the next generation of photovoltaic autoconsumption manager based on an IoT Edge based approach, * Establish and develop intern (EDF) and industrial partnership (Microsoft, Schneider Electric, fabricants de passerelles IoT, MVNO, ...), * Deploy a software factory based on Azure DevOps for all the software components (firmware, embedded) and then, for all the IT projects, * Use a Security-by-Design approach at the early stage of the project (Microsoft, Digital Security, device manufacturer, ...) by using a TPM (Trusted Platform Module) chipset

* Specify the integration test suite for a tracking solution deployed in postal platforms, * Define a cart GPS tracking architecture in aircraft manufacturing, * Invent technical scenarii for a geolocalised solution in order to track containers containing polimers, * Prototype the IoT part of a technology managing gardens covering the face and rooftop of buildings

• Specify and manage a set of services using indoor positioning engine (Appear Network) on PDA connected with WiFi, • Specify new features for Appear Network and follow the development with the Swedish team, • Manage the relationship with the France Télécom's operational team at the congress center "Portes de Versailles" and follow field experiments, • Present the project to the customers and the professional agencies (congress center managers, hospital)

* Specify and prototype a JavaME mobile app embedding messaging features, * Build an offer using a Web approach with PDA using WiFi and hotspot, * Customize those developments for the associations.

• Specify an offer of residential services built on top of a n-tiers architecture made of re-usable components, • Define the roadmap of the developments, manage the relationships between the R&D and Wanadoo, present the project to customers (Meunier Immobilier by BNP) and the France Telecom services, • Manage the development of a framework (messaging, directories, core portal, ...) re-usable across all the projects held by the laboratory
