Served as the Project Manager on the Boeing 737MAX Flight Simulator Program. The central aspect of the role consists of managing the 737MAX project portfolio. The latter comprises the development, customization, delivery and qualification of the program’s product offerings which include a Level D Full Flight Simulator (FFS), a Flat Panel Trainer (FPT) as well as a number of instructional/classroom solutions. • Defined and managed the program plan (scope, schedule, cost, resource allocation, risk management, etc.) and ensured that it is appropriately communicated to program stakeholders • Reported on program health and status to executive leadership on a regular basis using project management methodologies and tools • Applied agile and waterfall project management methodologies (PMBOK) running sprints • Defined the product development roadmap and managed the insertion of new features and technologies • Managed overall inter-departmental coordination for program deliverables throughout the enterprise; including Engineering, Production, and Regulatory Affairs • Established, managed and maintained client, supplier and subcontractor interactions and relationships • Led/managed internal and external program reviews, meetings and communications
