As part of the Metropolitan Data Department, which promotes territorial data via the data.grandlyon.com platform and develops an internal business intelligence offering, I contribute to the design and implementation of end-to-end data pipelines and analytics solutions: • Collaborating with business units to understand analytical needs and translate them into technical data requirements and KPIs. • Designing and implementing automated data pipelines in Python (ETL) to ingest, clean, transform, and enrich heterogeneous data sources. • Structuring, modeling, and loading data into a PostgreSQL database, ensuring data quality, consistency, and long-term maintainability. • Analyzing and optimizing the data processing chain to efficiently distribute transformations between ETL scripts, the database layer, and the BI tool. • Designing interactive dashboards and migrating existing BI reports (Power BI, Tableau) to DigDash, based on the newly modeled data. • Optimizing dashboard performance and reliability through SQL query tuning, testing, monitoring, and issue resolution
