Business analyst - implementation of the SAP Retail for Ubiway retail Process owner/Expert for the definition and the implementation of flows/applications: - Master data (article, Supplier, customers) - Promotion and Bonus Buy - Pricing procedure - Vendor Rebate agreement - POS Sales flows - Interfaces between SAP and others applications Key Bussiness contact - Provide training and support to the business user

In the frame of a Service Level Agreement (SLA), following the ITIL methodology, Fanny act as a specialist in SAP Retail Modules. She is active in coordinating project for Capgemini team. She is also responsible for the development and improvement of new/existing applications for Carrefour. In Second and Third Line, she solves incidents end-to-end (qualification, analysis, communication with users, and communication with developers, solution or acceptable workaround proposal, tests, implementation, documentation, …). She is acting in the Change Process as well as Projects : from customer requirements to final delivery, in the frame of SAP. In the frame of the support for the SAP Retail module, Fanny also works in the support of the EDI implementation technology for several flows (Orders, Despatch Advice, Invoice). Moreover, she actively collaborates in the Problem management process in order to reduce amount of tickets. She is responsible of the Supply Chain part of the Problem management process. She has to identify, follow and communicate the problems that occurs, in order to reduce the amount of ticket related to that field. She participates to monthly meeting to manage the evolution of the Supply Chain problem. Finally, Fanny acts as a Business expert for the innovation linked to the Carrefour Account. She identifies new SAP opportunities (Business functions) which can have a positive impact on Carrefour Business.
