A consortium of People Managers helping each other by sharing best practices and experience in the HR field. We seek to change the way we think about People & Talent, in France and beyond, through a combination of sharing best practices, challenging the norms and evangelizing the future of the industry. We meet and brainstorm together once a month, and organize public Meet-Ups once a quarter.

Building from scratch People and Talent departments. Based in Paris, I handled both Californian and French teams with an hybrid set-up.

I was responsible for establishing the People and Talent departments.

Briq is a peer recognition tool company. I built the company side by side with the CTO.

eFounders is a startup studio: that is, a start-up that build start-ups! I was responsible for establishing the People and Talent department. I coached and advised 8 companies who where working at the time in the studio: Spendesk, Hivy (since acquired by We Work), Forestadmin, Station, Slite, Briq, Folk and Upflow. Working from scratch, for the most part, I accompanied and trained the founding team and the managers, in all People & Talent fields including talent acquisition talent retention, brand management, culture and org design.

Urban Linker is a start-up specializing in digital recruitment. Key figures: 47 clients/ 42 recruitments in 2 years/ 420 000 € of sales revenues

Sha Wellness Clinic is a five start clinic and hotel focus on wellness for high-standard clients. I was responsible for the intern's Talent Acquisition and HR policies.
