Conference Sponsorship & Partnership Manager : Took charge of external partnerships and sponsorships for a youth leadership local conference from ideation to execution key responsiblities : -I hunted down local companies, pitched our vision, and convinced them to sponsor a youth leadership event -Managed to lock in multiple sponsors in just a few weeks and made sure they felt like true partners, not just cash machines -Worked closely with the organizing team to ensure the event aligned with the sponsors' brand, needs, and values
