– End-to-end participation in the SDLC - from business needs collection to solution validation and delivery coordination: – Help define the business case to support the customer's strategy and objectives – Gather business needs, business rules and business process and present a model of them using UML and BPMN – Translate needs into clear, structured requirements for the development team – Document API-related functional specifications – Drive Business-IT alignment through workshops – Support solution delivery and provide training and documentation to end users – Methodology: Agile (Scrum)

– End-to-end participation in the SDLC: – Identify process inefficiencies and lead workshops to better understand pain points and improvement opportunities – Analyse solutions with teams to identify synergies and best practices – Translate business needs into clear requirements and ensure alignment with implementation team – Design UML/BPMN process flows for clarity and traceability – Use Jira to follow up on tasks, feedback and sprint-related activities throughout implementation – Methodology: Agile (Scrum)

– End-to-end participation in the SDLC: – Gather business requirements and provide proactive guidance – Load and configure specific features in the LIMS system – Perform demonstrations at the laboratories – Monitor LIMS system and adjust when necessary – Anticipate problems, escalate issues and solve them – Organize workshops to identify improvements – Manage documentation and updates to ensure the traceability – Respect pharmaceutical procedures and standards (SOP, GMP, GXP...)

– Challenge and gather business requirements – Propose concept solutions aligned with client expectations – Write functional specifications and technical documents, including API descriptions – Collaborate with developers and testers on stories, bugs, and testing via Jira – Create training materials and deliver end-user training sessions – Coordinate and support both front-end and back-end testing activities – Translate requirements into test cases, perform tests, extract and verify data via PL/SQL queries, and generate reports for analysis purposes on web solutions – Methodology: Agile (Scrum)

– Analyze and transfer customer requests to the relevant department / subscriber – Support underwriters by responding to customer mails – Encode data relating to prospects, new contracts, insurance policies
