Activities : • Established and structured the Data Office governance model for the ERP transformation program, defining Data Owner and Data Steward roles, responsibilities, RACI, workflows, and decision-making processes across business and IT stakeholders. • Defined the global Data Migration strategy for the transition from GPIC to Oracle NetSuite, including scope, ownership, cleansing approach, validation cycles, and cutover readiness. • Designed and implemented the Data Governance framework covering master data, transactional data, metadata management, data catalog, ownership models, lineage, and quality controls aligned with DAMA-DMBOK principles. • Led data quality assessment and cleansing strategy across critical business domains, ensuring migration readiness and reducing operational risks during ERP transition. • Developed and industrialized data migration mapping processes using Python automation and GenAI solutions (LLMs such as Claude Sonnet and Claude Opus), reducing manual mapping effort by 40%, accelerating validation cycles, and improving consistency across migration streams. • Coordinated governance between PMO, AMOA teams, business stakeholders, and the system integration partner, ensuring alignment of priorities, issue resolution, and executive decision-making support. • Defined data integration governance between legacy systems, Oracle NetSuite, and reporting platforms to secure consistency, lineage, and business continuity. • Provided strategic recommendations to program leadership and Executive Steering Committees on data risks, prioritization, governance decisions, and transformation roadmap.
