Consolidate SLA dashboards to provide a clear view of performance to stakeholders. Calculate and track SLA compliance, ensuring timely escalation of deviations.

Client: Major Aerospace Company – Cloud Migration Program (3 Years and 6 Months) - Supporte a large-scale cloud migration program for a leading aerospace client within an international, English-speaking environment. -Consolidate planning dashboards and developed governance materials for internal and executive steering committees (COPIL). -Monitore KPIs and SLAs on a weekly basis, issuing alerts and delivering regular performance dashboards. -Design and maintain a SharePoint project site to ensure transparency and accessibility of project information. -Manage Roll-on/Roll-off processes: onboarding new joiners (access requests, welcome communication, first-week guidance) and offboarding departing team members (access removals, knowledge transfer). -Coordinate project communication across teams, ensuring alignment and information flow. -Create and draft quality documentation and procedures to strengthen project governance. -Tracke project and quality action plans, ensuring timely execution and reporting progress to stakeholders. -Prepare and facilitate project workshops to support collaboration and decision-making.
