Diagnosing and solving supply chain problems I was responsible for ensuring that the shipping and receiving processes run smoothly. This included resolving problems concerning logistics systems, imports and exports, transportation and customer issues on a daily basis. Negotiating Transportation Rates and Services I was in charge of acting as a liaison for corporate decision makers and relaying counteroffers back to superiors and to ensure all shipping endeavours remained on budget without compromising speed and efficiency. Analyzing Metrics and Creating Reports Fully responsible for analyzing key performance indicators and formulating their findings into reports to be communicated with stakeholders. Responsible for maintaining high employee morale through cultivation of a positive work environment. Create and Implement Shipping Polices and Procedures I was responsible for creating the policies and procedures for all of the facilities under their supervision including proper protocol for operating all warehouse equipment, as well as compliance with health and safety regulations.

• As the supervisor, I was in charge of coordinating the storage, transportation and delivery of goods by various methods ranging from premier airfreight to break bulk shipments. My role was to oversee and liaise with colleagues to ensure stock is maintained and moved efficiently to clients who were primarily oilfield operators in Iraq. • Analyze KPIs and improve entire supply chain procedure and work flow. • Identify account needs, opportunities and key buying factors for existing customers, and formalize those into account plans and strategies for in time delivery. • Inventory /Warehouse/Asset/Stock management • Develops, implements, and manages operational and financial KPls • Collaboratively influences changes and strategies within supply chain and external vendors. • Supervision dispatch operations to ensure that timely residential and commercial deliveries/service appointments are being made to customers. • Reporting to higher management, company owners and clients.

• Handling import and export shipments including, but not limited to RORO, LCL, GCC Trucking, Airfreight in addition to standard containers. • Marketing and Sales- approaching prospective clients and securing project cargo. • Pricing and rate procurement for various terms of shipments (EXW, DDP, FCA, etc) • Reporting to the General Manager and Financial manager particular for Credit facility clients • Ensuring proper documentation control including customs clearance. • Maintaining strong relationships with service providers and ensuring payment in full. • Handling OOG, Heavy loads, Break Bulk and Cross docking shipments as well as the pricing for such jobs.
