I was in charge of developing the market of outdoor activities in the Italian territory, with the aim of increasing bookings and sales in the region. My mission was to build my team, then lead them in identifying, contacting and signing new providers onto the Manawa platform, creating and maintaining solid relationships with partners, and working with them to optimize their listings on Manawa. In addition, I took part in the SEO strategies and SEA design for existing and new web-marketing campaigns, interacting with the marketing team and providing ideas to help them identify affiliation opportunities to grow the market.

I was responsible for conducting all sales operations in the EMEA Region (FR, IT, ES), from art advisory to pre and post-sales activities. The purpose of my mission was to foster customer engagement and customer retention, turn new leads into sales, negotiate all artworks at the best price and close highly profitable deals. I took care of all account management operations and made sure to smoothly liaise with the logistics and collector care departments. As a side project, I was in charge of finding profitable private partnerships between corporate clients and our artists.

I searched for sponsors and partners to stipulate sponsorship/partnership agreements with (in 2021, I signed a contract with Mediolanum Bank). Moreover, I managed all travel and accommodation services for festival guests in compliance with the defined budget, taking care of their mobility on and off-site and guaranteeing guest support 24/7. Occasionally, I acted as an interpreter (English-Italian) for foreign guests.

I was responsible for scouting emerging filmmakers to stipulate distribution contracts. I then defined the distribution strategies to submit their films to international film festivals, and I finally acted as a liaison between our customer filmmakers and the film festival organizers.

I co-organized two global virtual summits: AI4People Summit and Post-COVID Summit. Besides coordinating all panelists’ activities and meetings, I took care of all communications (via phone and email) with summit speakers, attendees, and business partners. I also set up and ran the 2-day AI4People Summit Zoom webinar and prepared Summit reports to submit to the European Commission.

I assisted to prepare the Art Biennale pre-opening event reserved for the international press and helped schedule all the Artistic Director's interviews with newspapers and magazines. Moreover, I served as an on-site coordinator and supervisor for television and film crews. Finally, I drafted press reviews, press releases, final reports and short exhibition guides.

I helped assist customers facing technical issues in using the site-building platform Flazio.com via phone and chat. Occasionally, I supported the Marketing & Communications department as well as the Administration one.
