Managed two external designers. Developed and executed strategy and design plan for Dapp product. Discussed business and strategy with CPO and CEO for product market fit. - Increased time to release by developing and executing best practices and processes for product team. - Designed shopping experience for launching two NFT products + 2 Shopify experiences (Lewis Capaldi, Bands In Town). - Designed product for Staking, Swapping crypto, and Launchpad for NFT projects Main resulted in: o company exit by acquisition from Animoca Brands. o learned details of web3 tech and market perspective.

As UX expert into the company: - formed a User Research program & practice, setring up the foundation for product discovery, ideation and validation - UX management, collaborating with 8 PM, CPO and Head of product for a portfolio of 6 products and and all the internal tool used by the company, including the customer support. - introduced and facilitated strategy and design workshops. - coached UX and design cross department (QA, PM, C-level). - worked with Growth team together with Analytics, AB testing, Marketing, and SEO specialists to increase ARR. - contributed to 30% ARR increase in the first year. - growth DRR from ~€780K to ~€1.2M. - Created a framework for qualitative user metrics. - design transformation (and career path design).
