Wowee was a platform that aimed to disrupt the beauty industry by directly connecting the final customer with small & medium cosmetic industries. The main idea was to deliver a free management software to beauty salons and use this software as the bridge to connect the industry and the final customer with the help of a beauty salon. My responsibilities as a startup founder were: • Structured the business plan • Managed the product roadmap • Presented the venture to investors and raised money (we raised a first angel round in 2018) • Staffed our tech team • Drove with digital marketing co-founder our marketing strategy • Led the technical team to ensure our roadmap was being accomplished within time and cost agreeded with investors Accomplishments • Beauty salon customer base of more than 6000 beauty salons using our solution • More than 1 million end users registered inside the platform • More than 1 million services scheduled every month Due to Covid we couldn't raise another round and the market became really complicated after 2020. We decided to write-off and end the venture in August/2020.

Successfully built a software house and IT company aiming at small and medium companies and developed partnerships with big consulting firms such as Accenture, IBM and TOTVS to serve big corporations such as TIM, VALE and Petrobras.
