Jaelle & JC is a french brand with its handcraft workshop located in Paris suburb. Created in 2023 with the ambition to bring more meaning in fashion, our catchphrase is “basique et intemporel” - basic and timeless. The equation is simple, more your wadrobe is timeless, not based on very changing fashion tendance and you choose quality local products, less you buy. At the end of the road, It is good for your pocket, the economy and in some way for the environment. My role is : - create the communication and marketing strategy around our promess. - find the suppliers and partners align with our values - manage sales and finance

A deployment planned for 9 countries in Africa, over than 70 people on 3 continents, a budget of several million euros. In this context, my role as Project Manager Officer was to ensure the monitoring of resources, tasks and the allocated budget. In general, ensure good coordination for this project in Agile mode. with cross-functional role, I also performed the tasks of project manager assistant.

- Recommendation of best practices after data analyze of our services (more than 300) with Qlikview, a data visualization tool. - Internal promotion of best practices: Creation of video to promote the tool which allows users to have the best experience on our websites.

MINE Haïti: A non-profit association whose objective is create a better living environment for the Haitian population and especially Haitian children. MINE Haiti helps children who live in extreme poverty, lack of the essentials to develop well and promote their schooling. For this association, I was in charge of online communication. I used Photoshop to create the logo and contents. I created and managed the Facebook page to develop the online presence. About hundred followers two weeks after the creation of the page. One of my mission was to teach the team members how create a website with wordPress and how integrate the content. I built the architecture of the website (website not available yet, lack of content). More than these digital tasks, I gave courses: the basis of IT and communication to the young children and I taught the association core team about online communication and community management.

- Intranet creation (With Liferay software + AT Internet for KPI) The IT community of Société Générale needs to communicate with the other departments in the company. My mission was to re-create the internal platform and update the information. I was in charge of all technical aspects. - Build an internal social network page (with Jive software) In a big company the main point is the communication and my role was to create a platform to help different levels of IT department to communicate, share and co-create project documents. About this mission, I put together all different levels and IT community thanks to this platform. I also managed the technical aspects of Jive. - Internal communication / Community management Management of the IT community social network I created, involve all IT people and encourage them to collaborate on this platform. I was also in charge of KPI extraction and presentation to the management team (.Xls and .PPT)

- Knowledge management: My main project, The goal was the creation of a collaborative platform to allow all digital team to store, share documents and collaborate / Co-working. I used the Alfresco software - Change Management: Project manager support about solutions deployment (Intranet setting up with Liferay software).
