About me
Intro
Most digital transformation programmes have a strategy and a backlog. Very few have a clear line between them. That gap is where I operate. I am an Enterprise Architecture and Business Architecture practitioner with a background in transformation delivery across EU institutions, international organisations, and regulated financial services. I translate enterprise strategy into operating models, business capabilities, value streams, governance structures, and delivery-ready architecture artefacts. My work connects strategic intent with the practical architecture and governance structures needed to shape change, support decision-making, and guide delivery. This includes capability mapping, value-stream design, operating model analysis, process architecture, requirements structuring, stakeholder alignment, and governance support. I work best in complex, multi-stakeholder environments where regulatory, organisational, and delivery constraints need to be made clear early , not discovered late or retrofitted after solution decisions have already been made. Certified as a TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Practitioner and in BCS Business Architecture, I am available for Enterprise Architecture, Business Architecture, Operating Model, and Transformation Lead engagements across EU institutions, financial services, and international organisations.
