On request of Watad Digital (ksa), and with the support of their professional IT team, I lead the recovery and turnaround of a Security Operations Center (SOC) implementation at Khafji Joint Operations (KJO). Assessed critical delays, stabilized project governance, and re-aligned stakeholders on scope, priorities, and deliverables. Implemented structured recovery plans, optimized vendor coordination, and enforced disciplined project controls to bring the SOC program back on track. Delivered restored confidence to executive leadership by ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and timely achievement of strategic cybersecurity objectives.

Started as Program Crisis Manager in NATO HQ to mitigate a €15M Data Center & Infrastructure Project. After a successful 3 year intervention, I continued my career in Getronics as Manager Program & Project Management combined with Business Continuous Improvement.

During this short period at ING Belgium, I managed a team of IT Project Managers being responsible for IT banking implementations. Whilst bringing Project Management knowledge 'in-house', I managed the Agile implementation of an e-Learning application and several smaller IT projects.
