At UNDP, I played a pivotal role in supporting the chief of the department with daily operations in disaster risk reduction and project management. I gained valuable experience in procurement and administration while earning a Prince2 certification. My contributions included supporting an interagency initiative and a formal evaluation of the initiative, which informed a new phase of the project with additional stakeholders joining it. I also worked on contractual modalities to support enhanced stakeholder engagement.

In my role at Temenos, I played a crucial part in supporting teams on-site at Deutsche Bank, focusing on the delivery of IT software for banking systems. This involved effective coordination of human resources and maintaining open lines of communication with clients to ensure project success. My contributions included tracking deliverables and providing updates to senior management, which facilitated smooth project operations.

In this role at the International Labour Organization, I focused on developing training materials and coordinating workshops to promote social dialogue and local economic development. I engaged with stakeholders through interviews, capturing their insights to inform working papers on collective bargaining practices and informal employment.
