I have co-founded the WAWlab Paris Saclay, which is the laboratory for Wellness at Work at Paris Saclay. It is driven by a group of passionate experienced professional managers in companies located on the Paris Saclay territory. It targets the territory professional community at large: students, employees, entrepreneurs, leaders of all professional structures (small to large companies, start-ups, universities). Determined that on the Paris Saclay territory should emerge an innovative ecosystem for a sustainable prosperity, founders of the WAWlab are convinced that the path to success should be centered on the wellness at work of its actors. Each of them have already explored innovative ways for personal and collective wellbeing in a professional context, and they want to change the game by focusing on human beings and their wellness; their chosen means are experimentation and sharing.
